Recent large scale clean room project:

    "We had called in everybody.. the manufacturer.. local

      consultants, everyone.   The system was still only half

      functional, it all checked out however.  Entire face of the

      coil was cold, suction line was cold,  suction pressure OK. 

      We called Phil, he was here 5 minutes, he felt the U bends

      on the large 8 row coils.. and said.. 'take the cover off of

      the other end of the bottom coil'.   

     The cross over tubes had been connected incorrectly at

      the factory."
